AGE
To buy a product in Monchiqe's online store, you must be 18 years or older.
BUY
Once you have completed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The email contains all the information about your order, such as payment, delivery address, products, prices and shipping costs. If something is wrong, contact us directly by email info@monchiqe.com All orders are subject to approval by us subject to availability. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming that the product(s) have been shipped. The contract between us and you as a customer comes into force from the moment a dispatch confirmation has been sent. We at Monchiqe, Design firm Gamla Stan reserve the right to cancel a purchase or parts of a purchase without being responsible for any damages or costs. Monchiqe will notify you by email in advance of such action.
FALSE INFORMATION
We reserve the right to subsequently correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time.
PRINT ERROR
We reserve the right for possible "printing errors" in product information and catalogs and for the fact that product images do not always accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. How the color in images is reproduced may depend on the type of monitor you have and the settings it has.
FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to invoke Force Majeure in such situations where this is applicable.
Deliveries
The delivery time is stated on the respective product page. All delivery times are approximate and refer to the time from when we have received and registered your order until the shipment is sent from our warehouse. Stock items are items that we normally have in stock for immediate delivery. In the event of a large order intake or delivery delay, these items may in some cases have a delivery time of 1–2 weeks. In such cases, you will be notified of this as soon as we have processed your order. For some items, the stated delivery time may be within a fairly large range (e.g. 1–7 weeks). These are items that we normally stock but which have a slightly longer delivery time if they run out of stock. When purchasing custom-made items, we will notify you of the delivery week as soon as we can. Please note that in some cases this can take up to two weeks. Of course, you have the right to cancel your order, or exercise your right of withdrawal, in connection with being notified of the specified delivery week. If you order several items with different delivery times at the same time, all items will normally be shipped in one shipment when all items have arrived at our warehouse. If you would like a partial delivery – please contact us by email or phone. If the delivery time is expected to be longer than stated in your order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible after we become aware of the delay. We reserve the right to release ourselves from all claims for compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods you have purchased in the online store, in accordance with the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act . This means that you have the right to return an item if you notify us within 14 days of receiving it that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. When purchasing a product that is specially manufactured or otherwise adapted specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This could, for example, be a parasol in a specific fabric and color that is manufactured just for you. The right of withdrawal also does not fully apply to specially ordered products, i.e. products with a delivery time longer than two weeks.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, only the value of the goods will be refunded. Complaints are not accepted for defects caused by wear and tear or improper use.
Please also attach high quality pictures and explain the reason for your complaint. If the complaint is approved, we will replace you with a new identical item or refund the cost of the item.
Refunds are made through the specified payment method. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Important: Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. In order for goods with visible, external transport damage to be able to be claimed with us, the damage must have been noted on the shipping company's shipping note in connection with the receipt. We do not have a general warranty for the goods we sell.
