If you want to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, you must do so in writing via e-mail or letter, within one week. Always save the packaging, original box and the payment confirmation. If you are going to send a damaged product back to us, the product must be sent back in the packaging and packaging in which it was sent out.

The right to complain only covers original faults, i.e. faults that were present in the product upon delivery. The right to complain does not apply in cases where we cannot find any fault with the product or when you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Also note that the products may have minor deviations between each other in color and shape as they are handicrafts that are individually made. These deviations are also not grounds for complaint.

Monchiqe is not responsible for consequential damages nor for errors caused by the customer and it is up to the customer to show that the product was faulty from the start and that it was not handling of the product on the customer's side that caused the error.


All of our parasols are named after places and people who stuck to something a little extra, maybe it's a place where we like to hang out or maybe your particular parasol got its name from the little lady on the hill who serves the best coffee.
